FINANCE ADMINISTRATOR

Midlands Finance Administrator £ 8.00 - 9.00 ph

My Client is seeking a Finance Administrator to start with their business immediately. This is a temporary position with the view of becoming permanent.

You will have the following responsibilities:
 
  •  To enter information professionally into specific systems
  • Dealing with any queries that arise surrounding invoices
  • Producing regular reports and balance sheets
  • Inputting data onto databases and ensuring it is maintained
  • Ensuring all work is carried out within company policies and procedures
  • To deal with a number of other accounts payable duties
  • Helping with training events for clients
  • Ensuring that payment is made by clients
  • Processing invoices

As a Finance Administrator, you will have the following skills:

  • Be comfortable working in a busy environment
  • Have a strong understanding of administrative duties
  • Be highly literate
  • Be punctual
  • Be comfortable working in a corporate environment
  • Finance / Accounting / Bookkeeping qualification would be highly advantageous.

Education:

  • To be educated to GCSE level (Maths and English required)
